YVES MOYEN – Managing Director

Yves is a business reinvention activist. With extensive experience as an executive, consultant, entrepreneur, writer and professor, Yves is a seasoned business advisor to shareholders and CxOs on complex themes such as corporate governance, M&A, growth strategies, investments, divestments and restructuring.

He was CEO and Board Member at Dotz and performed leadership positions in global consulting and technology firms – Booz & Co (Strategy&), A.T. Kearney, Korn Ferry and IBM. He is author of “Living with Non-Elephants”, a book on management science, developed the “Corporate DNA” concept, is co-author of Success Stories – from Theory to the Top (Volume V).

He is a member of the Advisory Board at Acordo Certo (Fintech) and a certified board member by the Brazilian Corporate Governance Institute (IBGC), Mentor at Endeavor and Professor at FIAP MBAs on Digital Business and Business Innovation, and Digital Business Professor at Digital House. Yves received his BS in Civil Engineering at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG), Brazil, and his MS in Industrial Administration at the Tepper Business School, Carnegie-Mellon University (USA).

CORINA BIANCHI MONTE-RASO MOYEN – Managing Director

Corina is a business leader with extensive experience in strategic consulting. She led teams and developed high complex/high impact projects to local and global corporations across sectors, including Banking, Insurance, Telecommunications, Consumer|Capital Goods and Transportation – topics were growth strategies, M&A, divestments, valuations, feasibility studies and complex financial|economic modeling, supporting Shareholders, Board Members and CxOs.

She was Vice-President at Bain & Co, leader of the Financial Services sector in Brazil and one of the youngest women to be elected partner globally. Before that, Corina was a Senior Manager and Consultant at Value Partners and Booz & Co, having her MBA sponsored by the company. She initiated her professional career at Procter & Gamble and  Itautec (Tech company from Itaú Group). She is a Board Member at Visconde de Porto Seguro Foundation (Education). Corina received her BS in Chemical Engineering from Escola Politécnica |USP, e her Master in Business Administration (MBA) at SDA Bocconi (Italy).
